Caterpillar HostplantsDowny Milk-Pea (Galactia volubilis), Lima Bean (Phaseolus limensis), Garden Bean (P. vulgaris), Also, in other parts of its range, it uses species of the following genre that are not found in our area, however, our local species may also be used: Tick-Clover (Desmodium spp.), Rattle-Pod (Crotalaria spp.), Indigo (Indigofera spp.) and ornamental leadwort (Plumbago spp.).
